How to Use
Prepare the Batter: Make sure your idli batter is well-fermented. If it's a ready-made batter, it should be thick and slightly bubbly.
Grease the Molds: Lightly grease the idli molds with oil to prevent sticking.
Fill the Molds: Pour the batter into the molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
Stack the Trays: Place the filled trays or racks into the steamer.
Microwave: Cover with the lid and microwave on high for 5-10 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave and the quantity of batter. The idlis are cooked when they become firm and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Remove: Let the idlis cool for a few minutes before removing them from the molds.
